Android apps double to 200K in just two months [report]

It was months little more than two ago, when the Android market 100,000 surpassed, apps, and now unofficially broken according to AndroLib, the store has the 200,000 app barrier.

Apparently the effort the Android MarketAndroid market to expand pays off to more than 20 countries. It took almost two years, make 100,000 app store but only 63 days to double.

One thing is certain: Android is popular with most of the internet readers. According to the survey from Mashable earlier this month, Android devices were most wanted, towering over second place iOS devices by 41.2% to 30.6%.
