Google offers $ 20,000 and a laptop for a chrome hack

As a part of this year’s Pwn2Own hacking contest Google offers$ 20,000 and a CR-48 laptop running chrome OS, to a hacker who exploits a vulnerability in the chrome browser.

The candidate you have weaknesses in code written Google purely exist and escape to succeed the sandbox for the hack.

Organised by the team at HP TippingPoint zero day initiative (ZDI), the competition offers more prizes totaling $105,000 for successful hacks on Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox, these phones: Dell iPhone location Pro on Windows 7, 4 running iOS, BlackBerry torch 9800 BlackBerry 6 OS and nexus-S with Android running.

Successful hacks to be hacker can $ 15,000 in bar and the device itself, as net monetary bonuses for more ZDI submissions in 2011.
